About Dr. Stephen Cabebe, PT, DPT, OCS and Fit for the Magic

Who is Stephen, how it all began, and what you can learn

The idea for Fit for the Magic was born from all the stories of guests traveling to Disney World only to finish each day at the theme parks with sore feet and a painful back.

That includes me.

My first Walt Disney World trip as an adult made me realize that I needed to shape up if I wanted to continue visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth.

I spent several years practicing as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, studying the most current research, studying strength and conditioning, and studying nutrition. I’ve helped hundreds of patients gain back the freedom from their aches and pains so they can get back to what they love doing.

But more than that, I’ve traveled to the Disney parks over and over again and applied what I learned in order to have a pain-free, soreness-free, and exhaustion-free Disney vacation.

I’m committed to helping my clients physically prepare for their next vacation – whether it’s to the theme parks, on a cruise, international travel, or an adventure trip – so they have less pain, soreness, and exhaustion.

My goal is for my clients to make magical memories with their loved ones.
